Grini has two machines for the automatic packaging of products. We offer packaging and confectioning of products of various sizes and shapes. We specialize in completing cutlery sets, mainly biodegradable, in various configurations with the addition of napkins, spices, etc.

The AV550 is a wrapping machine with a bottom foil roll so that the product is already wrapped in the foil at the entrance to the machine. This feature, combined with the machine's ability to work with a variable stroke, allows you to pack demanding products such as cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, ice cream, lettuce heads or stalk products such as celery, fennel, leek, even today; bakery products, sausage meat. This machine is able to pack and shrink cartons with dimensions of 20x30 cm, 30x40 cm, 30x50 cm. Advanced, yet easy-to-use electronics control all machine functions and accessories: sealing jaws for special applications, set for shrink film, option with modified atmosphere. With the help of a photocell & oacute; hand & ldquo; beam & rdquo; the machine easily detects products with wide leaves or bundles such as bananas. The infeed system consists of a conveyor belt which is already attached to the standard machine. The AV550 can process various kinds of plastic film, such as polypropylene, laminated on one or both sides, heat seal, shrink film.

The feeding belt system makes it ideal for packing any product in bulk or in boxes, other food products, but also non-food products. Possibility to pack products of different dimensions. It produces up to 60 packages per minute.
